RESUMO:
Resumo:Num meio em que cada vez mais a criação e transferência de conhecimento é fundamental para a sobrevivência de trabalhos em vias de extinção. Este estudo teve a pretensão de analisar o desenvolvimento da criação e disseminação de conhecimento junto aos artesãos da Vila de Gonçalo em Portugal, verificando também os espaços onde ocorre esse processo. O método utilizado foi a entrevista estruturada como base no modelo SECI e os espaços de Ba de conhecimento. Como resultados, obteve-se que a transferência de conhecimento não se deu por completo na realidade dos artesãos e, portando a espiral do conhecimento não chegou a funcionar por completo na realidade investigada.
ABSTRACT:
In an environment where the creation and transfer of knowledge is essential to the survival of particular jobs. This study had the intention to analyze the development of the creation and dissemination of knowledge of the craftsmens in the village of Gonçalo in Portugal, also checking the places where this process occurs. The method used was the structured interview based on SECI model and Ba spaces of knowledge. As a result, it was found that the knowledge transfer did not take place completely in the reality of craftsmens and the process of the spiral of knowledge did not worked entire on the realty that were in fact investigated.
